PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plasma display panel and a green sheet capable of reducing use of a developer. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a plasma display panel and the green sheet include a step exposing a first green sheet containing a cover film using a first mask on which a black matrix pattern is formed, a black matrix dry film and a base film, a step removing the cover film and laminating the first green sheet on a substrate, and a step removing the base film and forming a black matrix on the substrate.
