PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmitting apparatus and wireless receiving apparatus of an SDMA system capable of improving frequency utilization efficiency without deteriorating signal quality with respect to a specific user. SOLUTION: If there is a margin in signal power to be transmitted to a terminal of a specific user in a downlink line of a wireless communication system wherein a signal from a base station 101 is received by a plurality of terminals 102-104, the base station 101 allocates surplus power to the common same signal to many and unspecified users, spatially multiplexes the signal on a signal to the specific user, and performs wireless broadcast transmission.
