PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker integrated display device capable of improving sound quality without sacrificing the thinness and lightening of the device. SOLUTION: In the speaker integrated display device 20 using a plane display panel 23, a back chassis 33 forming a first space part 31 for housing the plane display panel 23 and a driving circuit part 29 between a front chassis 25 and itself is structured to make a portion of the back of the front chassis 25 expose outside the first space part 31 as a component mounting area 25b, a back additional chassis 29 constituting a second space part 37 separated from the first space part 31 is furnished between the component mounting area 25b and an outer wall surface of the rear chassis 33, and a speaker 35 is disposed in the second space part 37.
