PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of performance of an OS/application program in a client terminal when the client terminal is stored in a low-quality network. SOLUTION: In this network system, a second network and a first network of quality lower than the second network are connected through a router. The first network stores the client terminal. The second network stores a plurality of servers, a management server, and at least one storage device having a plurality of unit storage units. The management server assigns one of the plurality of servers as a substitutional server for the client terminal in response to requirement from the client terminal, and the substitutional server accesses at least the one storage device on the basis of an instruction from the client terminal.
