PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrophotographic transfer paper having excellent image quality of a printing surface. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic transfer paper comprises undergoing sizing press processing after polishing processing of a surface of base paper with an abrasive material. Also, the electrophotographic transfer paper comprises applying a coating liquid composed of a pigment as a principal component to the surface of the base paper after the polishing processing with the abrasive material.
