PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a treatment agent composition for a textile product, which provides a textile product such as clothes, etc., with a smooth feeling and controls change in hue during preservation. SOLUTION: The treatment agent composition for a textile product comprises (a) an amino modified silicone compound having 100-20,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s kinematic viscosity at 25°C and 400-8,000 amino equivalents and (b) a metal chelating reagent.
