PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitting with slippage-preventive function improved in usability while having frictionality, and a sock formed of the knitting. SOLUTION: The knitting with slippage-preventive function is provided with a slippage-preventive compensation part B where one of partitioned knitted parts at one side of at least a knitted fabric 10 comprises a friction area 2 having a larger coefficient of friction than those of other knitted parts, and the knitted part adjacent to the friction area 2 comprises a cushion area 3 having an expansion ratio in at least a uniaxial direction smaller than those of other parts.
