PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device having a simple structure and capable of surely eliminating curl. SOLUTION: A guide member 101 is mounted in the downstream of a sheet ejection means 10c, and a sheet S ejected by the sheet ejection means 10c is guided while the sheet S is brought into contact with end guide parts 101a and 101c on both sides of the guide member 101. The end guide parts 101a and 101c on both sides of the guide member 101 are so structured that both end parts of the ejected sheet S are respectively bent to the center side along the end guide parts 101a and 101c on both the sides.
