PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently bore a large-diameter hole by reducing the rotational resistance due to friction in boring. SOLUTION: This resin pipe boring tool is a hole cutter for a resin pipe, which brings a cylindrical blade part 4a into pressure contact with the resin pipe P to bore the pipe. In the hole cutter, a bush 4c to which a spindle 5 rotated and propelled through a feed screw mechanism 7 is connected and fixed and a cutter body 4b having the blade part 4a are connected to each other through a thrust bearing 4h to freely rotate around the axis of the spindle 5.
