PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique by which a punch for forming beads for suppressing springback on flanges is inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: A base stock is worked into a work having the flanges by pressing it with the punch 25 together with a die. The punch 25 is provided with a flange working surface and a wire-like members 32. The inside surface of the flange is worked by the flange working surface. The wire-like members are arranged on the flange working surface in the state where the wire-like members 32 are extended along the moving direction of the die to the punch 10. When the inside surface of the flange is worked by the flange working surface by using the punch 25, the beads for suppressing the springback are formed on the inside surface by the wire-like members 32. By arranging the wire-like members 32 on the flange working surface, the beads are formed on the inside surfaces of the flanges. Then, the punch 25 for forming the beads for suppressing the springback on the inside surfaces of the flanges is inexpensively manufactured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
