The invention concerns compounds of formula I, wherein: R represents H, a halogen, an alkyl, a hydroxy, an alkoxy, a -COOR<SUB>6</SUB>, -NR<SUB>4</SUB>R<SUB>5</SUB>, -NH-SO<SUB>2</SUB>-AIk, -NH-CO-AIk, -NR<SUB>6</SUB>-CO<SUB>2</SUB>-AIk, -0-AIk-COOR<SUB>6</SUB>, -0-AIk-NR<SUB>4</SUB>R<SUB>5</SUB>, -0-(CH<SUB>2</SUB>)n-Ph, -CO-NR<SUB>4</SUB>R<SUB>5</SUB> or -CO-NH-CH(R<SUB>7</SUB>)-(CH<SUB>2</SUB>)<SUB>m</SUB>-COOR<SUB>6</SUB> radical; R<SUB>1</SUB> represents H, a halogen, a cyano a -COOR<SUB>6</SUB>, -NR<SUB>4</SUB>R<SUB>5</SUB>, -NH-SO<SUB>2</SUB>-AIk, -NH-CO-CF<SUB>3</SUB>, -NH-CO-Ph, -NH-CO-AIk, -NH-CO<SUB>2</SUB>-AIk, -CONR<SUB>4</SUB>R<SUB>5</SUB> radical, an optionally substituted phenyl or an optionally substituted heteroaryl; R<SUB>2</SUB> and R<SUB>3</SUB> independently of each other represent a hydroxy, an alkoxy, a -COOR<SUB>6</SUB>, a nitro, -NR<SUB>4</SUB>R<SUB>5</SUB>, -NH-CO-AIk, -NH-CO-Ph, -NH-CO<SUB>2</SUB>-Alk, -NH-SO<SUB>2</SUB>-alk, -CO-NR<SUB>4</SUB>R<SUB>5</SUB> or -CO-NHOH; or R<SUB>2</SUB> and R<SUB>3</SUB> form together, with the carbon atoms of the phenyl ring to which they are bound a 6-membered carbon-containing ring, comprising a nitrogen atom and another heteroatom such as oxygen; in base or salt form, as well as in hydrate or solvate form. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said compounds, pharmaceutical composition containing same and the therapeutic uses thereof.
