<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect many kinds of materials with high sensitivity by enabling application of an electrolytic voltage having a wider range than hitherto, in a liquid chromatographic device for detecting a component by an electrolytic device. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolytic device provided in this liquid chromatographic analyzer comprises a working electrode wherein a conductive diamond coating is formed at least on one side of a conductor thin plate, a spacer of an electric insulator having the thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm and a hole bored on the surface, and a counter electrode comprising a conductor having a surface opposite to the surface where the diamond coating of the working electrode is formed across the spacer. In the device, an introduction port and a discharge port of eluate opened to a space formed by a spacer hole, and a reference electrode are provided, and the eluate is pressurized to a pressure higher than 1.0 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>and lower than 15.0 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>in the electrolytic device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
