<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate material capable of being developed on a machine and having excellent plate wear and high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the printing plate material having a thermosensitive image forming layer on the substrate having a hydrophilic surface, the thermosensitive image forming layer includes (A) a water-insoluble blocked isocyanate compound and (B) a water-soluble crosslinking compound, (B) the water-soluble crosslinking compound is a compound having (b1) a guanidine compound or (b2) a compound having a hydroxy group, and further having an epoxy group, a carbonyl group, or an acetoacetyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
