<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of manufacturing the dye-sensitized solar cell having high charge transport efficiency by adsorbing the sufficient amount of dye, and having high optical power generation performance in spite of using a plastic substrate flexible compared with glass as a support. <P>SOLUTION: Metal oxide particles of a porous semiconductor layer are comprised of 5-95 wt% crystalline particles A and 5-95 wt% crystalline particles B, and the crystalline particles A and the crystalline particles B satisfy the following conditions. 50≤dsa≤250, 50≤dsb≤250, 5≤dla/dsa≤20, and 1≤dlb/dsb≤2. Wherein, dsa represents the average particle minimum diameter (nm) of the crystalline particles A, dsb represents the average particle minimum diameter (nm) of the crystalline particles B, dla represents the average particle maximum diameter (nm) of the crystalline particles A , and dlb represents the average particle maximum diameter (nm) of the crystalline particles B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
