<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for utilizing and managing remote automatic read value of electric energy capable of facilitating entry to high-value added service without much time and effort. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a service user home GW100 for collecting information of electric power used amount of a service user, a personal information management system 101 that is connected to the service user home GW100 via a network 103 and manages personal information including the information of electric power used amount of the service user collected by the service user home GW100, and a service providing system 102 that is connected to the service user home GW100 and the personal information management system 101 via the network 103 and provides a service based on the personal information.
