<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much more flexibly configure a group, and to easily prepare materials to be distributed to the members of the configured group, and to limit print processing according to the formed group, depending on the conditions, by assuming that materials should be distributed to specific members in the room of a company or the classroom of a school or members gathering in a conference room carrying notebook PC(personal computers) or PDA for regular meeting. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic conference system is provided with a means for recognizing the mutual positions of an information terminal or device such as a computer or a printer, a means for displaying the recognition result, a group designating means for selecting a plurality of information terminals or devices from the information terminal or device such as the computer or printer where the recognition result is displayed to designate a group and a print means for instructing the printer to print from the information terminal in the designated group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
