PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor in which assembly accuracy is high and productivity is improved. SOLUTION: The rotor includes a first pipe portion 1 which is fixed to a shaft, a second pipe portion 2 which is arranged outside the first pipe portion 1, and a rib portion 3 to fix the first pipe portion 1 and the second pipe portion 2 each other. The first pipe portion 1 and the second pipe portion 2 are disposed apart each other.
