PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a telephone call path dedicated to a control center master or a telephone call path dedicated to a centralized control center master. SOLUTION: An apartment building interphone system comprises: a plurality of gathering porch apparatuses having terminal IDs for visitors to call residents or a concierge to establish a telephone call; a plurality of control center masters having the terminal IDs in which the concierge who replies to a call from the visitor establishes the telephone call, and also, the concierge calls the resident to establish the telephone call; a plurality of sitting room masters in which the resident who replies to a call from the visitor or the concierge establishes the telephone call; and a controller for controlling the call and the telephone call between and among the gathering porch apparatus, control center master and sitting room master, respectively. The controller has a memory for allocating the gathering porch apparatus and a plurality of telephone call paths, and the control center master and the plurality of telephone call paths, to the terminal IDs of the gathering porch apparatus and the control center master, respectively, and the controller for ensuring the telephone path which is allocated to the terminal ID of a caller.
