PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new complex dielectric material capable of sufficiently reflecting high relative dielectric constantεr of ceramic, capable of realizing unprecedentedly high relative dielectric constantεr, having small rate of change by temperature of relative dielectric constantεr. SOLUTION: The complex dielectric material is composed of dielectric ceramic and organic polymeric material. The dielectric ceramic contains an oxide having positive rate of change by temperature of relative dielectric constant, having a composition expressed by general formula; Ag(Nb<SB>1-x</SB>Ta<SB>x</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>(wherein, 0.10≤x≤0.45). Further, an oxide having negative rate of change by temperature of relative dielectric constant, having a composition expressed by general formula; Ag(Nb<SB>1-x</SB>Ta<SB>x</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>(wherein, 0.60≤x≤0.90) may be used in combination. The complex dielectric material is used for a prepreg, a metal foil coated product, and a plate-shaped molded article or the like to manufacture a complex dielectric base plate and multi-layered base plate.
