PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe to which an array type ultrasonic transducer with a compact and highly dense curved-face shape is easily mounted. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic transducer 12 arranged to a tip 2a of the ultrasonic probe 2 is joined with a flexible sheet 25 adopting a curved-face shape. Through-holes 26 filled with conductive paste 27 electrically connected to individual electrodes 32a of the ultrasonic transducer 12 are bored to the flexible sheet 25. The flexible sheet 25 is adhered to a semicylindrical seating 11. An element side terminal 22a electrically connected to the conductive paste 27 is provided to the surface of the seating 11, and wires 23 connecting the element side terminal 22a to an array wire cable 19 connected to an ultrasonic observing unit are wired inside the seating 11.
