PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of achieving further reduction of a rattling sound. SOLUTION: The electric power steering device 10 is provided with a pinion 9; a rack bar 1; an electric motor 40; a power conversion mechanism 20; and a housing 30. An inner flange 12 for seating a rack end 1E positioned at an end 1L of the rack bar 1 is formed on one end of the housing 30 and an end bush 13 for supporting linear motion in a longitudinal direction of the rack bar 1 is provided on the inner flange 12. The end bush 13 is the one made of resin having thickness T exceeding projection length t of the inner flange 12, adjacent to a depth side of the inner flange 12 and having an abutment surface 13a abutting on the rack bar 1 in width W capable of preventing rocking of the rack bar 1.
