PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the detection, analysis and countermeasure system of harmful gas for quickly detecting and specifying substances such as harmful gas and for taking countermeasures. SOLUTION: To a place where harmful and poisonous unclear substances such as unknown harmful gas exists while it is suddenly scattered and filled, at least one detection means 2 is carried in, and the unclear substances are detected by the detection means 2, and the detection data are transmitted through a relay point 3 to an analysis center 4, and the unclear substances detected by the relay point 3 or the analysis center 4 are specified, and the countermeasures are given from the analysis center 4 to the detection part of the place where the unknown substances exist.
