PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database system for retrieving information satisfying retrieval conditions set for each user. SOLUTION: A record group extracted by retrieving a merchandise information database is set in a static operation box, and a name is set in a dynamic operational box in which retrieval conditions for retrieving the database are registered for each user, and the operation boxes are managed in a hierarchical structure. When the dynamic operation box is selected in the hierarchical structure, information is retrieved from the latest database under the retrieval conditions registered in the dynamic operation box.
