PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prism lens film capable of improving use efficiency of light from a light source and to provide a flat light emitting device using the same. SOLUTION: The prism lens film deflecting and outputting light from the light source is provided and includes an irregular pattern on the light-output side surface, The light-output side surface has trapezoidal shapes in a sectional view and is formed with a plurality of lens parts linearly extended along a plane direction.
