PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam coaxial, cable wherein 80% or more of foam insulator with a high expansion degree is surely stabilized, adhesiveness with an internal conductor is proper, and deterioration (embrittlement) of the foam insulator will not occur. SOLUTION: In this foam coaxial cable, the inner layer made of a polyolefin resin is formed on an inner conductor, and on it, a foam insulator layer made of polypropylene, wherein melt breaking tensile force with a capillary rheometer at 190°C with piston speed of 10 mm/min, a furnace diameter of 9.55 mm and take-off acceleration of 400 m/min<SP>2</SP>using a capillary with an inside diameter of 2.095 mm and a length of 8.03 mm is 5.0 g or larger and a melt mass flow rate at 190°C and 2.16 kg is 1.0 g/10 min or higher, or a mixture of the polypropylene and polyethylene is formed, and the whole is foamed.
