PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make tilt by focusing and tracking operation hard to occur by filling a viscoelastic material, in an objective lens driving apparatus in which the viscoelastic material or the like are filled in a gap of a magnetic circuit. SOLUTION: This invention is related to the objective lens driving apparatus of an optical disk, which has a movable part composed of the objective lens 1, an objective lens holding member 2 holding the objective lens, and coils 3, 4 attached to the objective lens holding member 2, and a fixing part composed of a driving magnet 9, a fixing member 7 fixing a wire spring 6 holding the movable part and a base 8 for attaching the fixing member 7, and in which the driving magnet 9 is arranged at the fixing part so that magnetic fluxes of the coils 3, 4 penetrate the coils 3, 4 with the prescribed gap, and the viscoelastic material 12 is filled in the gap, wherein contact parts of the viscoelastic material 12 with the movable part or a fixing part are arranged dividedly at symmetric positions in the focusing direction or in the tracking direction for a center of thrust applied to the movable part by the coils 3, 4 and the driving magnet 9.
