PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bridge from buckling during a process of rolling a skirt. SOLUTION: A cap includes a top plate and a peripheral wall approximately hanging from the periphery of the top plate. A slit part 17a includes a slit 17c passing through the thickness direction of the peripheral wall, and an upper slit 17d on the side of the top plate and a lower slit 17e on the side of a flare 18 of the peripheral wall via the slit 17c. The upper slit 17d has a displacement amount gradually increased in the radially inward toward the slit 17c from its upper end coupled with the peripheral wall. The lower slit 17e has a displacement amount gradually increased in the radially inward toward the slit 17c from its lower end coupled with the peripheral wall.
