PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath material capable of making durability performance suitable, while making reduction performance of noise suitable. SOLUTION: A fender liner 14 to be the sheath material has a surface layer 21 to an outermost layer and an inner layer 22 disposed between the surface layer 21 and an external surface 13a of a tire house 13. Each of the surface layer 21 and inner layer 22 is formed by non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric for forming the surface layer 21 is made higher in bulk specific gravity and smaller in fiber diameter than that for forming the inner layer 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
