The blade has a sheet with a front edge at which two side walls (7, 8), defining a coolant duct, are connected. The side walls converge in a radially extending end region and enclose a gap between two end regions. The gap serves as a flow outlet (10) for a coolant flowing via the duct. Whirling effect producing structures are formed as elevated sections (16, 17) on inner wall surfaces of the duct and enclose a narrow gap (15).
