<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell generation system which achieves long-term stable operation by reducing the replacement of a catalyst for CO conversions over long periods which is done by prolonging the service life of a catalyst for CO conversions. <P>SOLUTION: In this fuel cell power generation system, the controller 100 of a fuel reforming system 1 performs heat treatment for recovering the activity of a catalyst 24 for CO conversions contained in a CO transformer 6 after an air-purge process in the stoppage of the system is performed, and then performs processing for bringing a temperature at the start-up time of the system back to the same temperature as that when normal generating operation takes place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
