<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polyelectrolyte film which has a high proton conductivity even at a high temperature and also high conductivity, and provide a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solid polyelectrolyte film is composed of an ionic polymer denaturing by base an acid functional group of a polymer having the acid functional group. The manufacturing method of the solid polyelectrolyte film is composed of (i) a process in which base is added to solution of polymers with acid functional groups and the acid functional groups are denatured by base to produce solution of ionic polymers, and (ii) a process in which a thin film is produced from the solution of the above ionic polymers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
