<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based fluorescent ink having color developability required for determination and measurement, high fluorescence intensity and high fastness properties, and to provide an inkjet recording method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A water-based fluorescent printing ink comprises at least two colored resin particulates, wherein one of the resin particulates is colored with a first fluorescent colorant which emits light having a reference fluorescence wavelength utilized for measurement or determination from fluorescence-emitting wavelengths when a reference excitation wavelength is applied; the other of the colored particulates has a second fluorescent colorant which emits fluorescent light by the reference excitation wavelength; and the light-emitting wavelength region of the second fluorescent colorant at least substantially includes a peak wavelength region corresponding to the peak region adjacent to the reference fluorescence wavelength in the excitation wavelength region for emitting light having the reference fluorescence wavelength of the first fluorescent colorant in the ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
