PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating system or the like capable of carrying out representation conforming to a size of an input locus by a user.

SOLUTION: The image generating system is composed by including an image generating part 111 generating an image, a locus recognizing part 112 carrying out recognition processing of the input locus on the basis of input information inputted via an input part 193 allowing an arbitrary shape to be inputted by the user, and a size information generating part 113. The image generating part 111 generates a locus image indicating the locus based upon the input information, and a representation image according to the size of the locus based upon size information.
