PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a browsing urging method, program and device capable of further surely urging an unbrowsing person to browse information. SOLUTION: The browsing urging system extracts an account ID having no browsing history record for data the browsing of which is to expire as an urging object in reference to a data management table and a browsing history table, and outputs a browsing message for the urging object account to the log-in address of an account which is in the same place in the period of schedule management record of the extracted urging object account ID in reference to an account management table and a schedule management table.
