PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system using a plurality of biometrics means for reducing FAR while effectively reflecting authentication results of each authentication means and reducing erroneous rejection. SOLUTION: A control means 10 sets a first accuracy capable of identifying the authentication result in a first biological information authentication means and also a second accuracy for showing possible identity while not satisfying the first accuracy. When the authentication result of the first biological information authentication means does not satisfy the first accuracy and is higher than the second accuracy, authentication is carried out by a second biological information authentication means to validate the authentication based on the result.
