PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an STIL editor system which can easily support a statement added by STIL extension specification, and its operation method and an operation program. SOLUTION: The STIL editor system equipped with; a statement information reading means 36 which reads statement information described by a description format which can also express hierarchical information so as to be displayed based on an STIL structure; a statement display means 38 for displaying the read statement information on a statement information display section; a statement selection means 40 for selecting one of statements displayed on statement screen from a statement list by an input device 21; and a statement insertion means 42 which can automatically insert a selected statement in specified part of an STIL test data edit/display section, an operation method and an operation program of the STIL editor system are provided.
