PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis base assembly and a flat display apparatus applying the same. SOLUTION: The flat display apparatus comprises; a panel assembly for displaying an image by connecting front and rear panels; the chassis base assembly including a chassis base arranged at the back of the panel assembly, a driving circuit section provided at the back of the chassis base, a plurality of circuit elements arranged between the chassis base and the driving circuit section and a heat sink attached to an outer face of a heating element in circuit elements; and a case which accommodates the panel assembly and the chassis base assembly together. Thereby, as the circuit elements which generate heat in a large amount are arranged between the chassis base and the driving circuit section and the heat sink is attached to the outer face of the circuit element, the heat generated by the circuit element is distributed to the heat sink and the chassis base and promptly dissipated to outside.
