PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of securing durability even if the compressor is brought into an abnormal state. SOLUTION: Slopes due to tilting are formed on the lapped tip and bottom of a swing scroll 4 to set a space between the swing scroll 4 and a fixed scroll 2 so that, even in an abnormal operation, the lapped bottom of the swing scroll 4 is first brought into contact with the fixed scroll 2.
