摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of reducing dead volume of a fuel passage from a valve seat to a fuel injection hole as much as possible and suppressing pressure loss of fuel in the fuel passage as much as possible to atomize fuel to be injected and improve penetration property. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve is provided with a valve seat member 3 having a valve hole 7 passing through the conical valve seat 8 and its central part, a valve element 18 cooperating with the valve seat 8, and an injector plate 10 having a plurality of fuel injection holes 11 arranged by deviating outward in the radial direction from the valve hole 7 and joined with the valve seat member 3. A diffusion chamber 39 for communicating the valve hole 7 with the fuel injection holes 11 is provided between the valve seat member 3 and the injector plate 10. The annular diffusion chamber 39 which has a diameter larger than that of the valve hole 7 and in which an inner end of the fuel injection hole 11 is opened is formed between the valve seat member 3 and the injector plate 10. A plurality of fuel passages 42a, 42b for inverting fuel passing through the valve seat 8 in the valve hole 7 and guiding it into the diffusion chamber 39 are provided in the valve hole 7.
