PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement direct rainwater recovering tank apparatus capable of storing rainwater, supplying clean rainwater obtained by removing slurry (dirt, rust, bird excreta) and leaves of plants mixed in the rainwater only by a water head without using a power at a rate of 4 l/min or higher, and storing the rainwater by a cylindrical container, and enabling the direct storage of the rainwater from the upper part of the container therein and the installation of the corrosion-free resin container at an elevated position. SOLUTION: In this displacement direct rainwater recovering tank apparatus, an opening groove port 1 of approximately 10 cm in diameter is formed in the top plate of the cylindrical closed resin container 2 of 80 to 200 l in capacity so that the rainwater can be directly led from a rain gutter 23 therein through a conduit 32. Further, a mud discharge nozzle 7 is fitted to a bottom plate just below the opening groove port 1. An outflow nozzle 6 is fitted to the other end by projecting it, a distance of approximately 5 cm, from the bottom plate into the container. Furthermore, the container is installed at the elevated position of a loading table (H-type fitting) 5 on which the cylindrical resin container 2 is fixed to the upper part of a frame surrounded by four struts.
