PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building member capable of natural lighting different in taste from conventional building member by the sunlight, without receiving influence of the outside air temperature on the indoor temperature, while restraining air-conditioning cost by restraining a rise in the room temperature by making the sunlight incident, in a window composed of glass and a building material using the glass for an outer wall material. SOLUTION: This building member A1 has a glass part 10, a glass part 20, and a tile 40 arranged between the glass part 10 and the glass part 20. The tile 40 is supported by connecting parts 30 and 32 for connecting the glass part 10 and the glass part 20. The tile 40 has light transmissivity, and the light irradiated to one surface of the building member A1 reaches the other surface by passing through the glass part 10, the tile 40 and the glass part 20.
