FILM CURING AGENT FOR CEMENT-BASED MATERIAL, AND EXECUTING METHOD FOR THE CURING AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film curing agent for a cement-based material which prevents the strength degradation of a surface layer due to moisture loss to be caused during the period from casting to curing, enables quick strength expression and provision of a high-durability structure, and to provide an executing method for the agent. SOLUTION: A processing liquid comprising a polymer emulsion and lithium silicate as main components is used as the film curing agent for coating on the cement-based material in its fresh state before curing. The film curing agent, in particular, contains the polymer emulsion, lithium salt and further preferably an accelerator. Construction is undertaken by coating or spraying the film curing agent on the surface of the cement-based material in its fresh state before curing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
