PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-treatment device of simple structure capable of surely ejecting a bundle of sheets on a handling tray to a stack tray by using a conveying roller without unbinding the bundle sheet in a rear ends thereof, nor angst to break winkles. SOLUTION: This sheet post-treatment device is provided with the handling tray to be temporarily loaded with the sheets ejected in order, a stack tray arranged on a downstream side of the handling tray to house the sheets after the handling, a roller conveying means for conveying the sheets on the handling tray to the stack tray, and a control means for controlling the roller conveying means. The roller conveying means is structured of a roller to be brought in pressure contact with the sheets on the handling tray to convey them to the stack tray, a roller support means for supporting the roller freely to be brought in pressure-contact with the sheet on the handling tray or to separate from it, and a pressurizing force giving means capable of adjusting pressure-contact force of the roller in relation to the sheet between at least two different stages of a first and a second stages.
