PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify both of the operation control and operation mechanism of a pasting head by enabling the expected winding pasting of a ribbon-like strip only by subjecting the pasting head to linear motion in the direction becoming parallel to the center axial line of a drum and to facilitate the confirmation, adjustment or the like of control. SOLUTION: In pasting the ribbon-like strip 4 delivered from the pasting head 5 around the drum 1 having a curved line part 3 in its outer contour shape on the basis of the relative displacement of the pasting head 5 with respect to the rotating drum 1, the pasting head 5 is allowed to advance side by side in the direction becoming parallel to the center axial line CL of the drum 1 to paste the ribbon-like strip 4 on the peripheral surface of the drum 1 at an equal pitch within the required region in the axial line direction of the drum 1 over the whole also including the curved line part 3.
