PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball shooting handle with excellent operability by making the shape better fit with fingers of players. SOLUTION: In a ball shooting handle for a pachinko game machine in which a circular operation lever 6 rotatively operable for adjusting the intensity of shooting balls is disposed on the outer circumference of a grip part 5 with its peripheral surface made roughly spherical, the operation lever is formed circularly on its outer circumference part by putting a roughly semi-circular upper molding 7 having a finger hook protrusion 10 molded integrally on it together with a roughly semi-circular lower molding 8. In the resin molding of the upper molding, a vertical punching is made to enable the molding of the finger hook protrusion in a shape being extended along the peripheral surface of the grip part without clearance.
