摘要 <p>The present invention discloses a integrated circuit signal line, within diffusion and laser photoelectrically coupled, which utilizes diffused light or laser luminesced from a LED to make up of the photoelectrically coupled pair on the integrated circuit chip or range the photoelectrically coupled pairs to form photoelectrically coupled matrix on the integrated circuit chip as signal line for connecting integrated circuit; in addition a light emission is made to hollow light emitter and placed on the integrated circuit chip, the hollow reflective sheet is on the bottom surface of the chip and situated at the underside of the light emission, the photosensitive receiving component is placed around the light emission, one hollow reflective sheet or semitransparent diffusion sheet is placed over the light emission, then the processed samely chips are stacked up, a string of send/receive module on the corresponding place builds a optical channel which through out all the stacked chips to construct a signal of bus between all of the chips. The present invention solves the problem of the signal transmission bandwidth between the computer chips, increases the present arithmetic capability of the supercomputer by one order of magnitude; and reduces the volume of the computer.</p>
