An air bag door assembly is provided to prevent separation of foam from a surface of a core when an air bag door is rotated, thereby preventing safety accident of a passenger due to the separation of the foam. An air bag door assembly includes a core, a foam, an adhesion enhancement member(28), and a skin. The core rotatably is installed at an air bag housing to be rotated when a cushion is deployed. The foam is adhered to a surface of the core. The adhesion enhancement member is attached to the surface of the core and makes foam agent soak into the core to enhance adhesion between the core and the foam. The skin covers outside the foam.
