<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensate neutralizer for properly avoiding such an inconvenience that neutralizing agent used for neutralizing treatment of condensate enters into a condensate drain port to cause fouling. <P>SOLUTION: The condensate neutralizer A comprises a condensate passing slit 28A provided in a terminal wall 26 at the terminal of a neutralizing agent storage chamber 22 in the flowing direction of condensate, an auxiliary chamber 23 formed on the downstream side of the neutralizing agent storage chamber 22 in the flowing direction of the condensate so that the condensate passing through the slit 28A flows therein, and provided with the drain port in communication therewith, and an erected wall part 46 provided on the upstream side of the drain port 24 of the auxiliary chamber 23 in the flowing direction of the condensate and erected upward from a bottom portion 27a for suppressing the movement of the neutralizing agent 1 from the bottom portion 27a toward the drain port 24 when the neutralizing agent 1 passes through the slit 28A and flows onto the bottom portion 27a on the upstream side of the auxiliary chamber 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
