<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work loads for monitoring; to monitor business contents at each operation branch at head quarters; and to accurately avoid the occurrence of risks in dealings of a financial institution, by centrally monitoring the dealing conducted by operating a window terminal in each operation branch of the financial institution and operation records of the window terminal by a management server in the head quarters of the financial institution. <P>SOLUTION: This system has the window terminal for operations for financial dealings, a database device which acquires and registers the records of the financial dealings or the operations from the window terminal, a management server which analyzes the statistical information of the records of the financial dealings or the operations, a head quarter terminal which monitors the business risks in the operation branches, and an officer terminal which monitors the business risks in the operation branches, and the management server notifies the head quarter terminal and the officer terminal of abnormalities when they are found out based on the result of the statistical information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
