PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear form rolling device capable of sufficiently improving the dimensional accuracy of a bevel gear and a bevel pinion to be form-rolled. SOLUTION: The gear form rolling device 1 comprises a pinion die 5 which has substantially same size and same shape as those of a bevel pinion 2, a pinion die holder 7 to support the pinion die 5 so that the pinion die 5 can be rotated around the first axis 6 of the pinion die 5 and the movement B from the small diameter side to the large diameter side in the axial direction of the pinion die 5 is prevented, a gear die 11 which has substantially same size and same shape as those of a bevel gear 3, and is engaged with the pinion die 5, and a pressing body 20 to press a bevel gear material 16 arranged so as to hold the pinion die 5 in cooperation with the gear die 11 against the pinion die 5. Each tooth of the pinion die 5 is turned with respect to the bevel gear material 16 by relatively rotating the gear die 11 and the pinion die holder 7 around the second axis 8 of the gear die 11.
